Iss Gonn Smith

Very old Photoshopped picture I made nearly a year ago, when I still had Photoshop. In case you don't know what this picture relates to, it's a parody from the animated show "Family Guy", where weather reporter Ollie Williams tells the audience "ISS GONN RAIN!"

I merely cleanly cut and pasted Will Smith's head on him and used a now famous line of his "AWW HELL NAW".
